Individualized ABA Therapy
Our ABA program provides individualized, evidence-based support to help children develop communication, social, daily-living, learning, and independence skills. Treatment is designed around each child’s strengths, needs, and family priorities.

Communication
Building functional communication skills to help children express their wants, needs, feelings, and ideas.

Independence
Helping children learn skills that allow them to complete activities and routines with greater independence.
Building Skills for Everyday Life
Every child is different. ABA therapy focuses on meaningful, individualized goals that help children build skills, increase independence, and participate more successfully in everyday life.
Goals are individualized for each child based on assessment results, family priorities, and clinical recommendations.

Social Skills
Developing skills for interacting, playing, communicating, and building relationships with others.

Learning & School Readiness
Building skills such as following directions, attending to activities, transitioning between tasks, and participating in learning.

Daily Living Skills
Working on everyday routines such as dressing, hygiene, mealtimes, toileting, and other self-care skills when appropriate.

Behavior & Coping Skills
Teaching functional replacement skills and strategies that help children communicate needs, tolerate changes, manage challenging situations, and participate safely in daily activities.
How Our ABA Program Works
Initial Consultation
We talk with your family about your child's strengths, needs, current services, and goals.
Individualized Assessment
A qualified clinician completes an assessment to identify areas for support and develop appropriate treatment recommendations.
Personalized Treatment Plan
An individualized ABA treatment plan is created around your child's needs, including measurable goals for communication, social skills, daily living, independence, and behavior.
Ongoing Therapy & Progress Monitoring
The care team provides treatment, collects data, monitors progress, and adjusts goals as your child develops new skills.
Where We Provide ABA Therapy
In-Home ABA Therapy
Support in the child's natural home environment, including communication, daily living skills, routines, and family goals.
School-Based Support
ABA support can be coordinated within educational settings when appropriate to help students with learning, communication, independence, and behavior goals.
ABA That Goes Where Your Child Needs It Most
Our goal is to help children build skills that work in real life—not only during therapy sessions.
Daycare & Community Settings
Support where children naturally spend their time, helping skills carry over into everyday environments.
Clinic-Based ABA Therapy
Individualized services at Alliance Medical Center with access to a collaborative care team.
BCBA — Board Certified Behavior Analyst
The BCBA oversees ABA treatment, completes clinical assessments, develops individualized treatment goals, monitors progress, and provides supervision and guidance to the treatment team.
A Team Supporting Your Child’s Progress
Quality ABA therapy is a team effort. Your child’s treatment is supported by trained professionals who work together with families to provide consistent, individualized care.
RBT — Registered Behavior Technician
RBTs work directly with children to implement the treatment plan under BCBA supervision. They help children practice new skills during everyday activities, routines, play, and learning opportunities.
Parents & Caregivers
Families are an important part of the treatment team. Caregiver collaboration helps families understand strategies, practice skills during everyday routines, and support progress outside of therapy sessions.
Collaborative Care at Alliance
When appropriate and with family consent, our ABA team can collaborate with other professionals involved in your child’s care. Alliance Medical Center is being built around a team-based approach that brings multiple services together to better support children and families.
One child. One family. A connected team.
Caregiver Training & Support
Parents and caregivers can learn practical strategies for supporting communication, independence, daily routines, and other individualized treatment goals at home.
Parents & Caregivers Are Part of the Team
The skills children learn in ABA are most meaningful when they can use them throughout everyday life. We work alongside parents and caregivers to help support progress beyond therapy sessions.
Consistency Across Everyday Life
We help families understand how to practice and reinforce skills during real-life routines so children have opportunities to use what they are learning outside of therapy.
Ongoing Collaboration
Families are encouraged to share concerns, priorities, and changes they are seeing at home. Your child’s treatment team uses ongoing communication and progress data to help guide treatment decisions.
You Know Your Child Best
Families bring valuable knowledge about their child’s strengths, needs, routines, and priorities. By working together, we can focus treatment on skills that are meaningful to your child and your family.
Insurance Coverage
